This basket was purchased for an employee who lost their mother. Upon delivery we received a photo from the employee and the size of the arrangement was about half the size of the listed dimensions. We contacted the company and all that was offered was a 20% credit. We only wanted what we actually paid for. How embarrassing for our company. We chose to order another arrangement for the church services the next day just to make up for the size of the first basket. This company should have offered to make good and deliver the product that we had purchased

We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone.
